Makati ang paa in Filipino… refers to someone who is always out going somewhere, who loves to travel or is easy to invite to go some place.

I recently discovered the plethora of various travel guides covering extensive themes. Before, we usually just relied on Fodor’s, Frommer’s, and Lonely Planet until 1,000 places to see before you die came along. Now I see several interesting titles like National Geographic’s Food Journeys, Guides to National Parks, and Sacred Places and the various little black book of (Insert City here) and there’s even Catherine Price’s 101 Places Not to See Before You Die!
